BLACK SWAN5/26/2026 I'm rereading Taleb's Black Swan for the second time and I'm amazed as to how much I missed with my first reading. It was quite a book in itself and I always want to read the concluding thoughts of an author after a long read. He said that living on this planet is already a Black Swan phenomenon. "Don't sweat the small stuff." I sincerely agree with this general but useful advice. I received many advice since in m 20s and I dare say here that there were very few useful advice good enough for execution. Unsolicited advice should be ignored, as a general rule. Because I only work on signal, and not noise, I'm happy to reveal my second book's cover. 50 years coming up and almost three years in the development industry, what more can I say? I'm just thankful and blessed to have reached this stage and everything is just right where it should be. I will send more details on how to order. Live with a big picture perspective.

IN THE MOMENT5/19/2026 Be in the moment at all times.
You won't get surprises if you are thinking straight and in good disposition. Issues creep up from time to time but you won't make errors in judgement when you're on the ball. When afraid, tired, or doubtful, check your self. Are you facing your fears squarely? Are you handling issues and concerns objectively? Do you have optimism and effective plan in mind? Do that needful but keep yourself open to possible opportunities along the time. Sometimes, we check ourselves before we even start. That's a pre-ordained defeatist attitude you don't even want to entertain in a second. Be in the moment, no matter what.

FOLLOW YOUR FOLLOWER5/12/2026 Last week, I gained an instant follower and I'm ecstatic to meet a follower who was just happy to find my book and support my work. I promised to keep in touch. She promised to follow me with my updates. We thought we are made for each other. Isn't that a nice feeling? That you're serving the right need at the right time and you're talking to the right person? I may have 200+ followers but they all know me and I know them. And I need to follow their journeys to continually serve them to the best of my abilities. Follow your followers. Serve them well. Keep them close and you'll never feel alone in your work. |
