WRITING FOR ONE6/17/2025 I chose writing at a young age of 10 or 11 because I had no friends in school. I wanted to use my writing for self-expression and to discover the things I can do with my thoughts and ideas. Now, I use my writing to externalize my expertise and to share what I've learned through the years. I write for myself. I don't check who unsubscribes, and who's not reading. I don't fret about that. I know that there's a small chance that some are reading me but I don't fret about the number too. It's good to have income from my writing but it's not my main preoccupation. I can write everyday and still be happy about it. That's the unmatched joy. If no one's reading it's their fault, not mine. If it's good enough, it will be enjoyed by some people. That's okay too. When I wrote my first book, I never anticipated a best seller, but a good worthwhile book. I think about what my readers/audience need and what I can provide and go from there. I don't have a complicated way of writing. Just shutting up, being real, collecting thoughts, experiences, and learning, and writing down for others to learn without making similar mistakes. Thanks God for the first press, the cave writings, and the ability of words. I don't know where I would have ended up, without it. Ultimately, I write for myself.
