My name is Maiden Manzanal-Frank.
I’m a Leadership Speaker, Author & Consultant.

For most of my career, I worked in the social development
sector. And then I hit a crossroad, countless organizations
that I met along the way suffer from organizational crisis.
I decided that the best way to bring impact into the world is
to develop on-purpose organizations and their leaders to the best of their potential.
For the past five years, I have advised and mentored executives
on their business and professional development strategies that resulted in them achieving
greater outcomes in leadership, sustainability, and societal impacts. Since 2001, I have trained thousands of managers, executives, and leaders in different spheres of business and social development in 16 countries.
As a speaker, I have spoken at over a hundred of virtual and in-person events in Canada and internationally which includes academic institutions, think tanks, and purpose-driven associations such as the Mines Paris Executive Education Program-UK, Manchester Metropolitan University-UK, UNESCO Diversity Futures, Burman University School of Business, The University of Liberal Arts, Bangladesh, World Fair Trade Organization, Businesslink, Alberta Recreation and Parks Association, Canadian Society of Association Executives, Trico Changemakers Studio, Calgary, and many others.
For more than 15 years, I worked at the local, national, and global levels. Like you, I was frustrated working in the development sector where being good is good enough. Hence, bridging where you right now and what your future state could be requires imagination, creativity, and out-of-the-box perspective. That’s me!
I grew up in the Philippines and traveled in more than 30 countries and worked in 15. I am a Rotary Peace Fellow, a diversity Awardee, and a tireless collaborator.
I am adaptive, strategic, and persistent. Whether I am in the most depressed areas in the world or in the boardroom, I can thrive and be effective.
My education, experience, and strengths combined will help your organization achieve impact.
