Maiden was our Leadership and Change-Making Instructor at the Rotary International Studies on Peace, Conflict Transformation, and Development at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.

For two consecutive cohorts, Maiden led successful leadership development strategy and coaching sessions with close to 40 Rotary Peace Fellows from more than 15 countries. The goal of these coaching sessions is to further support and empower them to better navigate and lead in their personal and professional lives during these dynamic times.

What's the ideal clients like? You should have at least a middle to senior-level work experience in the social impact field to make this work for you. Students and those in volunteer roles without managerial/supervisory experience yet are welcome to join the future cohorts once they have more established experience and careers.
How do I know if I will be great in this program? You just have to try. You can avail of the one-time, 60-minute coaching program anytime you want. No upsells, no aggressive push.
What can I expect from a One-Time Strategy Session? You'll get a focused, deep-dive coaching session (60 minutes) that provides immediate clarity, a personalized action plan, and expert insights to navigate your specific challenges.
How does the 90-Day Coaching Program work? It includes bi-weekly coaching sessions, continuous strategy development, email support, and accountability to help you implement long-term growth strategies.
What results can I expect? Clients typically experience increased clarity, more confident decision-making, stronger leadership skills, and measurable strategic growth.
How do I book a session or apply for coaching? You can book a free discovery call or sign up directly through this website.
What if it doesn't work for me? If you don't get traction in 60 days while following the process diligently, you'll get a full refund. The only risk is not enjoying the complete and residual benefits of the program.

There are many leadership coaching programs out there. What's the difference with this? This is specifically for social impact leaders in transition, changing careers, moving to a different field, founding an independent business or venture, or growing into a new role in the same organization. Hence, this is tailor-fit to your change and leadership needs and your potential for growth.
Financially, this will be a challenge for me. Are there free seats available? In my years in the business, free clients do not perform well, come with less motivation and appreciation for the value of the program, and hence, underperform at times. This program is focused on those who are willing, able, and energized to make it work.
Are there financial assistance available for economically-challenged? Sorry, there are no financial assistance available.
Do you offer payment plans for changemakers who are paying from their pockets? Yes, that can be arranged.
My organization has a budget for professional development. Can you help me avail of that support from my employer? Yes, I can give you a letter that you can use to communicate your needs, goals, and results that will come out of your coaching program. Ask for this if it helps.
Can I check with our funders if they support a leadership coaching program in our nonprofits? Yes, there are many funders who have actually steered non-profit organizations to avail of funds set aside for organizational and capacity strengthening.
