About
Hi! My name is Maiden Manzanal-Frank.
I’m an Advisor, Consultant, Educator, Speaker, Author & Coach.
I work at the intersection of Impact, Innovation & Sustainability.

I work at the intersection of Impact, Innovation & Sustainability.
For most of my career, I worked in the social development
sector. And then I hit a crossroad, countless organizations
that I met along the way suffer from organizational crisis.
I decided that the best way to bring impact into the world is
to develop on-purpose organizations and their leaders to the best of their potential.
For the past five years, I have advised and mentored leaders
on their business and professional development strategies that resulted in them achieving
greater outcomes in leadership, sustainability, and societal impacts. Since 2001, I have trained thousands of managers, executives, and leaders in different spheres of business and social development in 16 countries.
For more than 15 years, I worked at the local, national, and global levels. Like you, I was frustrated working in the development sector where being good is good enough. Hence, bridging where you right now and what your future state could be requires imagination, creativity, and out-of-the-box perspective. That’s me!
I grew up in the Philippines and traveled in more than 30 countries and worked in 15. I am a Rotary Peace Fellow, a diversity awardee, and a tireless collaborator.
I am adaptive, strategic, and persistent. Whether I am in the most depressed areas in the world or in the boardroom, I can thrive and be effective.
My education, experience, and strengths combined make me an expert
in working with on-purpose leaders from all over the world.
Thank you so much Maiden for your time in preparing an informative and thought-provoking presentation for our StartUp Business Series session.
The Strategic Thinking + Planning session helped participants think about what disruptions could happen to their business and how they will move through those disruptions with thoughtful questions such as thinking through the process and how to think through getting from point A to B to C and what impacts decisions have on business and clients.
Your time and ability to reframe questions to get participants to think critically are valued.
