Where Catalysts, Game-changers, and Doers Change the World

Our Audacious Goal

This exclusive community is composed of high-value Provocateurs (everyday leaders doing extraordinarily impact) who are organizational and individual innovators and doers in purpose-oriented organizations, enterprises, and networks in Canada and internationally.

Our goal is to to support these provocateurs to find belonging, achieve growth and maturity as impact leaders, and to collaborate and co-inspire for a better world.

Results: A sustainable pathway to live, lead, and mature as purpose-directed catalysts where personal and professional growth challenges are addressed.

A Community
+Coaching Offer

There is no better time than right now to institute, constellate, and systemically bring provocateurs together for the grand challenges of our time.

This diverse community is distinct from any other leadership training, mastermind groups, and coaching programs out there in the market because it is centred on The Provocateurs' Framework  and closely attuned to the needs and potentials of each member, most of all, cultural inclusivity and understanding. For example, you will never meet a social impact leader from Afghanistan who loves soccer as much as you do without being part of this community!

Taking a collaborative approach,  I will be the Chief Guide of everything great on learning, support, fellowship, challenging, and trailblazing activities where the best minds sharpen their peers. You have access to resources just right for you and access to my expertise.

 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Why the name The Provocateurs' Nexus I don't feel like am a Provocateur. You can take the Self-Assessment here. It's part of the legacy of the book but the community covers more  and brings out more results than what the book can accomplish.
  • What's the book about? Good question! Check the link.
  • What kind of vetting process do you have? It's a small set of questions intended to gauge your fit and commitment to this program. We want the right fit in terms of values and principles not just the capacity to pay. We want generous members who can share, open to learning from their peers, and able to move to transformational leadership.
  • What are the qualifications of your ideal members? You must have at least 5 years of work and volunteer experience in social impact sectors in Canada and internationally. The first few people in my wait list have more than 10-20 years in the field. I'm looking for a substantial experience in social purpose rather than a mere title or degree. International and diverse applicants are welcome to apply. No, I don't ask for CVs just a LinkedIn profile will do.
  • What rewards do you have for Founding Members? Founder Members get an annual membership discount as opposed to the late adopters and they have co-creation and leadership privileges within the community. They help shape the design and the thinking behind this program in a much more granular way. In essence, culture-building.
  • How do I know if I will be great in this program? You just have to try. This is a no-guilt community. You can be quiet for a few months or be active right away and consume everything. We respect your individual learning and engagement styles and needs.
  • What if it will not work for me? I have free trials and founding member discounts. What you get is directly proportional to what you put into this community.
  • I love this idea of a community, can I sponsor my friend, colleagues, and network members? Yes, you can but they have to apply in this program and get vetted. You can also refer someone you know who has a great need for this support in their growth journey.

  • There are tons of communities out there. What's the difference with this? No two Chambers are the same. No two Rotary Clubs either. It's dependent on the purpose, value, and quality of the people involved. This community will never be in hundreds but will intentionally be small but mighty: everyone knows you as a person and the programs are tailor-fit to your needs and potential. Founding members have the exquisite privilege of co-creating that culture.
  • Financially, this will be a challenge for me. Are there financial assistance available?  You can ask to be placed in a sponsored list as I build up sponsors for this program. If this will create a financial hardship for you in the long run, please consider other local options.
  • My organization has a budget for professional development. Can you help me avail of that support from my employer? Yes, I will be giving you a letter that you can use to communicate your needs, goals, and results that will come out of your active membership. Your employer or your community sponsor wins as you become a better person and a driving force of a leader in your organization.
  • Do you have an Enterprise Plan? I have my boss and my colleagues interested in this program. Sure, we do. I have a 3-in-1 discount for organizations. Please contact me directly.

  • Are you open to collaborations. volunteers, and partnerships with organizations, networks, alliances? Yes, it depends. Contact me directly if you think you have something of great value to offer.

Coaching Success Story

Martine Katarina Miller

Deputy Director
Rotary Peace Center
Chulalongkorn University

Maiden is our Leadership and Change-Making Instructor at the Rotary International Studies on Peace, Conflict Transformation, and Development at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.

For two consecutive cohorts, Maiden led successful leadership development strategy and coaching sessions with close to 40 Rotary Peace Fellows from more than 15 countries.  The goal of these coaching sessions is to further support and empower them to better navigate and lead in their personal and professional lives during these dynamic times.

These sessions with Maiden were really empowering. As a whole, the Peace Fellows experienced a dramatic shift in mindset, attitude, and perspectives as they identified their growth needs and aspirations to become better leaders and change-makers. With levers of accountability, they  created and  managed their sustainable pathways to breakthroughs that improved their effectiveness in their current local, national, and international roles.

Right now, the immediate impacts of Maiden's coaching are visibly felt in the improved professional and personal lives of these leaders. I can't wait to see more in the coming years!

My Journey to Community

I have been to many communities, some are long-term and some are ephemeral. Some are great and some transactional. I have been blessed to be in many communities since I started my career in the social impact sector in the Philippines, in Asia-Pacific, and now in Canada but now moving seamlessly into many issue-based, industry-specific, and purpose-centered communities.

In 2010, I moved to Canada from the Philippines with just two suitcases and a big box. I have no friends, networks, and groups to rely on except from my uncle and his family and friends that welcomed me in my first few months. Because of this experience, I knew the value of a strong and valuable group of people that could provide support from the daily struggle experienced after a profound life transition, career change, and/or to overcome persistent personal and professional challenge.

When I led an international network of social enterprises, advocated at the United Nations, trained local health and education workers in the remotest parts of the country, and now as an advisor and coach, I believe that connecting with people is the best way to achieve impacts. I constantly find new ways of building relationships and connecting these individuals and organizations to make the world a better place.

Connecting is a choice. Belonging, accountability, and generosity are the felt results of that choice.

Joining a community is a big investment of your money, time and heart. You need a community that speaks your values, aligns with your potentials, understands you as a whole-person and encourages you to become a better version of yourself.

The Provocateurs' Nexus is the microcosm of that community. I personally guided close to 50 purpose-driven leaders in Canada and internationally find a sustainable leadership pathways for themselves.

I can help you thrive!
